For Orders Placed in the US, UK, and Australia:

For Orders Placed in Canada and New Zealand:

Standard Shipping (12-15 days): FREE

Priority Shipping (7-12 days): $4.99

Please Note: These delivery times are estimates. Some orders may arrive faster or slower depending on the recipient's location and the fulfillment center used. Rest assured, none of our deliveries are subject to import charges, regardless of your country.

Processing Times We want you to receive your items as quickly as possible! Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process after being placed before they are shipped out.

Where Can I Find My Tracking Number? Once your items are shipped, you should receive an automatic notification via email providing you with a tracking number. If you need more detailed information, please email us at info@reliefpoint.com and we'll be happy to assist you!

Delivery Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local postal service, and the package will be integrated into your regular mail delivery. If you are not home when a delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service advising you on how and where your parcel can be collected.

Unexpected Delays In some instances, delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing, which is beyond our control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive, and we will work with you to resolve the situation.

Failed Delivery If a package cannot be delivered to the provided shipping address due to reasons attributable to the customer's absent cooperation (e.g., wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, it will be returned to the sender (ReliefPoint) at the customer's expense. This expense includes shipping costs and any other charges the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total order to be refunded.

Items Not Received But Tracking Shows Delivered Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being successfully delivered. For this reason, we always recommend having items delivered to a secure address. If you have not received your item but tracking shows it was delivered, please contact us at info@relief-point.com, and we will do our best to investigate.
